2 — Approval workflow

Sequential: HSE → Area custodian → Rig Manager → Company Man. Pick the person's name from the list (no separate login per person).

Signing as

Assigned filler fills & submits; assigned approver issues. Close (box-up) by filler then approver before final PTW close. Digital attribution only (user + datetime).

3 — Issue permit

Unlocks once all four approvals are recorded and any template-required certificates are issued. Opens one print package: permit sheet followed by all attachments.

4 — Close out

Ordered close: HSE → Rig → Company Man. Linked certificates must be closed before the final (Company Man) close.
